Farra Goss - Broker in charge
Farra Goss is a North Carolina native, originally from Fuquay-Varina, who has always felt a deep connection to the Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach area. After spending countless summers on the coast, she made Wilmington home while attending UNCW, where she earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Although her early studies led her into the hospitality industry, Farra quickly found her true passion in real estate and construction. Her real estate career began in the lowcountry of South Carolina, before bringing her back to Wilmington to work with Unlimited Property Solutions. While working in property management, she earned a master’s degree in Construction Management from LSU and became a licensed general contractor.
Today, Farra holds real estate licenses in both North and South Carolina and brings a unique blend of industry knowledge to her clients—including real estate sales, investment property insight, and a sharp construction eye. She is passionate about helping others find not just a house, but the right home or investment opportunity.
Farra lives in Wilmington with her husband and their three furbabies, who love the beach just as much, if not more than she does. Wilmington has always been her happy place, and she takes pride in helping others call this special coastal community home.

Danielle is the Team Leader of our Carolina Beach office and The Gillespie Group. She is a second generation real estate agent with a passion for helping others, investing, and all things real estate. To say that she has been doing this career since she was in diapers is no metaphor.

Eddie Brock, Jr.
A North Carolina native, Eddie has spent all but two years of his life in Wilmington. While on a golf scholarship, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing at UNC-Wilmington. His love for golf led Eddie into the television production business, where he traveled the globe with NBC Sports and Golf Channel. It’s that experience that taught Eddie the skills to interact and relate to a diverse range of people.

A Charlotte, North Carolina native, Sharon received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from UNC-Wilmington. With more than thirty-five years of accounting and finance experience, Sharon has an eye for details and understands the importance of being thorough in any business transaction.

Diana was born and raised in Germany, and in 1996, she embarked on a new chapter by moving to the United States. As a proud wife since 2005 and a mother of three wonderful and amazing children, family is the foundation of her life.
