He is a graduate of East Carolina University and father of two. Lee also serves as Director of Education for a Southern Choice Real Estate Academy, a full-service school approved by the NC Real Estate Commission. Danielle is the Managing Broker of our Carolina Beach office. She is a second generation real estate agent with a passion for helping others, investing, and all things real estate. To say that she has been doing this career since she was in diapers is no metaphor.
Originally from upstate New York, Kasey moved to Wilmington one year after visiting on her honeymoon. She and her soon-to-be family of three decided that living at the beach was the perfect life and found comfort with the kindness of the southern ways.
Having lived in Wilmington for the past 8 years, Carolyn has developed strong ties to the community through her role as a yoga instructor. Avery is a proud Georgia native and a graduate of the University of Virginia. After spending time in Washington DC’s political world, Colorado’s horse-training arena, and Norfolk, VA’s education non-profit sector, Avery made her way to the Wilmington area in 2016 when she married an active duty Marine based at Camp Lejeune. Since then, she and her husband have been managing and growing their own real estate investment business comprised of buy-and-hold single-family and small multi-family properties.
Tessa is originally from southern Louisiana but relocated to North Carolina at the age of 21. After attending Louisiana State University with a focus on the medical field, she ultimately realized that was not her calling. With a passion for art and all things business, Tessa decided to combine the two and pursue a career in real estate.
Growing up in eastern North Carolina, Jeff was a frequent visitor to Wilmington and the surrounding beaches. At the first opportunity, he moved with his wife and six children to Carolina Beach to fulfill their lifelong dream of living on the coast. His family enjoys surfing, sunbathing, boating along the intracoastal waterway, fishing offshore, watching sunsets over the Cape Fear river, and all that coastal Carolina has to offer.
Lucinda has lived in Wilmington for almost 24 years and knows the area extremely well. She worked in marketing and sales while obtaining her degrees in psychology and elementary education from UNCW.
Haley is an experienced real estate agent that offers a wealth of knowledge from the construction, renovation and vacation rental enterprises to her clientele ranging from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
Brittney was born and raised in Delaware, and has always had a love for the beach. After college she decided to pursue her dream of moving down south, and moved to Carolina Beach with her husband Zach.
Sara traded the snow for the ocean with a cross country move from Boston to Carolina Beach! She currently lives on the island with her fiancé and her beach loving Labrador Retriever, Manny.
Eddie Brock, Jr.
A North Carolina native, Eddie has spent all but two years of his life in Wilmington. While on a golf scholarship, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing at UNC-Wilmington. His love for golf led Eddie into the television production business, where he traveled the globe with NBC Sports and Golf Channel. It’s that experience that taught Eddie the skills to interact and relate to a diverse range of people.
A Charlotte, North Carolina native, Sharon received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from UNC-Wilmington. With more than thirty-five years of accounting and finance experience, Sharon has an eye for details and understands the importance of being thorough in any business transaction.
Celina is originally from Long Island, NY and then relocated to Cary, NC with her family in grade school. She attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Development.
Originally from Central New York, Alyssa and her family relocated to the Wilmington area after falling in love with the coastal lifestyle. She has been in real estate for the past 7 years, serving the Syracuse, NY area as a Realtor before moving. She is also a former elementary teacher, and has a passion for educating clients about the ins and outs of real estate.
Meleah Boyd was born and raised in a small town called Claremont, located in western North Carolina. With her small town upbringing, she learned the importance of God, family, and hard work.
Sonya is a Southeast North Carolina native. After being in dental hygiene for 33 years, she decided to pursue her interest in real estate sales. Sonya enjoys helping people find their dream home in their dream location. She has a passion for helping others.
Blair grew up in Morehead City, NC, and moved to Wilmington after committing to play soccer at UNCW. She graduated from the Cameron School of Business with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems, which led to her starting a professional career in IT.
