Lee is a Wilson, NC native and a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville NC. He pursued his dream in real estate right out of school and has always felt like it was a passion. Building a portfolio of residential rental properties in the Wilson market, and short term rentals in Wilmington NC, Lee purchased a self-storage facility and operated that business for 10 years before selling to an Ohio-based self-storage firm to move to Wilmington full time.

  While developing the storage business, Lee took over a Wilson-based real estate firm and served as broker in charge and qualifying broker for several years. This firm had over 50 years of combined agent experience with a solid reputation in representing customers in the Wilson market. After leaving Wilson for Wilmington, he soon opened and expanded real estate services to the Wilmington market under the firm name Carolina One Properties. Real Estate Sales & Property Management continue to be the focus for Lee, as managing a firm on one of the most desirable locations in the country. Carolina One Properties Inc has surpassed $100 million annually in sales for each of the last 3 years, while the management team has seen the growth 200% in the last few years operating as Unlimited Property Solutions Inc. Lee can help residential and commercial clients buy, sell, and lease properties in the greater Wilmington area.

   Lee is a husband, father of three, and an Ironman Triathlete. 

Teaching is also a passion for Lee. He serves as the Director of Education for a local real estate school he purchased in 2014. He looks forward to connecting with students and helping them reach their full real estate potential in Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, or CE classes with Southern Choice Real Estate Academy.
